Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part-Time) in Lakeland, FL. Starting wage $16.00–$18.00 per hour with paid training and flexible scheduling. You will transport teammates to inventory events, count inventory with handheld scanners, and travel to multiple stores.

The role rewards accuracy with performance-based pay and potential earnings growth. No inventory experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 36 consecutive months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to/from inventory events.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
