The incumbent will coordinate with district and store managers, develop audit schedules, and drive process improvements to reduce discrepancies and enhance accuracy across locations.

Qualifications

• Frequent bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Repetitive counting motions with wrists and hands.
• Proficient with computer operations including MS Office/OpenOffice.

Responsibilities

• Audit store-level inventories and perform frontline accounting review.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to identify issues.
• Develop preliminary audit schedule for district stores.
• Assist with invoices, store organization, price adjustments and system abnormalities.
• Conduct visual checklist covering store conditions, safety and loss prevention.
• Complete 16-20 retail audits monthly and input data into system.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of data while achieving APH goals.
• Adapt to varying work environments with potential exposure to cold and heat.
• Communicate information clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Proactively suggest improvements to quality and efficiency.
