Job summary

National University is seeking a Part-Time Interlibrary Loan Specialist to coordinate requests, assist with reference inquiries, and connect students with research materials from libraries across the country in a hybrid on-site/remote role in San Diego, CA. You will process requests, locate hard-to-find resources, and communicate with students via chat, phone, and email.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong research and customer service skills, and familiarity
