Job summary

College of Southern Nevada invites applications for a Part-Time Slot Technology Instructor to deliver lecture and lab sessions on slot machine systems, electronics and troubleshooting at North Las Vegas, Henderson and Western campuses. You will develop syllabi and guide students through hands-on lab work in a compliant, safety-focused environment.

The role requires 5 years of work experience or an Applied Science degree in Engineering Technologies (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 5 years of work-related experience or an Applied Science degree in Engineering Technologies or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University and 1 year of teaching experience.
• Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lecture and/or lab instruction for Slot Technology courses, including slot machine systems, electronics, and troubleshooting.
• Develop syllabi and course materials aligned with curriculum standards and program objectives.
• Independently evaluate student mastery of technical skills and provide advisement on academic progression.
