Job summary

Oregon State University invites applications for part-time, 9-month fixed-term Instructor positions to teach on a term-by-term basis for the 2026-2027 academic year. Some appointments may be renewed or transitioned to instructional roles at the Dean’s discretion.

Positions may teach in Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and/or Supply Chain and Logistics Management. OSU emphasizes equity, inclusive excellence, and diverse perspectives in teaching, service, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required for the position.
• Commitment to educational equity and advancing diverse perspectives must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and/or Supply Chain and Logistics Management using inclusive, student-centered practices.
• Develop and deliver course content, assess student learning, provide feedback and support for student success.
• Engage in service activities that support the College, University, and professional community.
• Contribute to inclusive excellence through teaching, student engagement, service, and professional development.

Education

Master’s degree in appropriate business-related field
