Job summary

CSN is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach in theDance Program (Hip‑Hop). The role involves delivering courses, accepting varying assignments each semester, and teaching in both classroom and online formats across CSN campuses at different times.

Minimum qualification is a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution (or a Bachelor’s with exceptional skill/experience). Teaching experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or bachelor’s degree plus exceptional skill and industry experience.
• One year of teaching experience (not required).

Responsibilities

• Delivering courses listed within the Dance Program (Hip‑Hop).
• Accepting assignments that may vary from semester to semester.
• Teaching in a combination of classroom and online modes.
• Working across CSN’s campuses, morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays, or weekends.
• Teaching any courses for which the instructor is qualified.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include teaching in the Dance Program (Hip‑Hop) and fulfilling the assignments assigned by the department. Teaching responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering courses listed within the Dance Program (Hip‑Hop).
• Accepting assignments that may vary from semester to semester.
• Teaching in a combination of classroom and online modes.
• Working across CSN’s campuses, morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays, or weekends.
• Teaching any courses for which the instructor is qualified.

Salary

$925.00 per lecture credit hour and $57.81 per lab/clinic. Courses and credits assigned may vary by semester.
