Vistability in Concord, CA is seeking a Part-time Instructor for Adults with Disabilities Day Program. The role supports participants with engaging activities, transportation, and daily care to help participants reach personal goals.

You’ll lead arts, crafts, music, cooking and outings; provide verbal and physical support; assist with personal care; track progress and implement lesson plans in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CA driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Part-time day program instructor for adults with disabilities.

• Lead a variety of activities including arts and crafts, music, cooking classes, and holiday parties.
• Provide verbal and physical support for daily activities, both in-house and in the community.
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathroom assistance, changing adult briefs, and feeding support.
• Implement lesson plans, collect data, and track participant progress to ensure program success.

PART TIME Instructor for Adults w/ Disabilities Day Program (Concord, CA)

Position: Part time

Location: Concord, CA

Hours: Monday-Friday: 20 hours per week.

• (M-F) 10am - 2pm

Compensation: $20.25 per hour

From arts and crafts to community outings like bowling and movie trips, no two days are the same. Plus, you’ll help with daily care needs and keep track of participant progress—making this role both rewarding and dynamic!
