CSN (Nevada System of Higher Education) is seeking a part-time Collision Instructor to deliver lecture and lab instruction for Autobody/Collision courses at the North Las Vegas Campus. In-person teaching will cover lab safety, student skill evaluation, and advisement, with potential involvement in curriculum development and staff activities.
Minimum qualifications include ICAR Platinum certification and 5 years of collision repair industry experience; preferred qualifications include an AAS in
Lecture and Lab instruction for Autobody/Collision courses
Provide Lab Safety Training
Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
Provide advisement to students
Some program and or curriculum development may be requested
Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested
ICAR Platinum Certified
5 Years of Collision Repair industry experience
Associate of Applied Science Degree in Collision Technologies
Knowledge of computer classroom technologies
Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce
Knowledge in Canvas or other Learning Management Systems

Autobody/Collision courses are taught at the North Las Vegas Campus, in-person and are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend.
$925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
