Job summary

CSN in North Las Vegas is seeking a Part Time Engineering Technology Instructor to teach Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology, and Technical Physics courses. In-person and online delivery across North Las Vegas, Henderson and Western Campuses, with day, evening, and weekend schedules.

The role requires an Applied Science degree or 5 years of relevant experience; preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and teaching experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work-related experience
• Applied Science degree in Engineering Technologies or equivalent degree
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University
• 1 year full time teaching experience
• Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce
• Knowledge of computer classroom technologies
• Knowledge of Canvas or other Learning Management Systems

• Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested

$925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
