Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level initiatives.
• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a part-time project.
• Hands-on Brand Identity experience that survives a whiteboard interview.
• Comfort presenting to a CA-wide audience without a script.
• Comfort owning creative decisions in a CA market.

Responsibilities

• Pitch fresh concepts in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder presentations
• Translate 3D Modeling research findings into a visual the whole floor can act on
• Partner with copywriters to align visuals with messaging and tone
• Stage A/B variants that isolate one creative variable cleanly
• Steer a mid-level review toward decisions instead of opinions about decisions
• Hold the line on kerning while shipping at a part-time pace
• Knead a clumsy stock photo into something that feels shot for Snapchat
