Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and activities.
• Support small groups and individuals to reinforce concepts.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management as directed by the teacher.
• Provide support for students with special needs and accommodations.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and non-instructional times.
• Collaborate with staff to implement effective instructional strategies.
• Engage in professional development to enhance skills.
• Perform administrative tasks such as grading and record-keeping as needed.
