Job summary

Aiken County Public Schools – North Augusta, SC is seeking a Part-Time Instructional Aide (3.75 hours/181 days) to support teachers and students in daily activities. You will assist with instructional tasks, monitor progress, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth.

The ideal candidate shows patience, compassion, and strong communication. Prior experience with children is preferred, and meeting ESSA qualifications is encouraged as per district
