CCC Clovis Community College is looking for an Institutional Research Assistant to support the Digital Holistic Student Support project. The assistant will analyze and present data to inform institutional reporting and decision-making regarding student retention and progress.
Key responsibilities include creating dashboards, preparing statistical reports, and utilizing data visualization tools. Candidates should possess at least an Associate degree and strong analytical skills, with a preference for experience in related fields. The position is part-time and located on campus.
$13.00 - $18.00 depending on degree held.
Hourly, Part‑time contract, contingent upon grant funding. Full‑time positions are not remote and require physical presence on campus.
The Institutional Research Assistant will support the Digital Holistic Student Support project and the college’s Student Success initiatives by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data that informs institutional reporting and operational decision making. The IR Assistant will assist the director and analyst with developing dashboards, statistical reports, and data visualizations to support key performance indicators related to student retention, persistence, academic progress, and equity‑focused analytics.
Requires frequent standing, sitting, walking and continuous movement within the College and off‑site locations. Requires frequent pushing and pulling of up to 10 lbs. Continuous handling of paper and paper materials required.
Must be available to up to 20 hours per week during normal operating hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent credits in related field required.
Preferred qualifications: 3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
