Clovis Community College in Clovis, NM is seeking a part-time Institutional Research Assistant to support its Digital Holistic Student Support project. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and presentation, crucial for institutional reporting and decision-making.

Contract / Grant Administration
The Institutional Research Assistant will support the Digital Holistic Student Support project and the college's Student Success initiatives by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data that informs institutional reporting and operational decision making. The IR Assistant will assist the director and analyst with developing dashboards, statistical reports, and data visualizations to support key performance indicators related to student retention, persistence, academic progress, and equity-focused analytics.
Strong communication and analytical skills; familiarity with database use and management; ability to use Microsoft office suite; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred.
Requires frequent standing, sitting, walking and continuous movement within the College and off-site locations. Requires frequent pushing and pulling of up to 10 lbs. Continuous handling of paper and paper materials required.
Must be available to up to 20 hours per week during normal operating hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Perform other duties as assigned.
