Installation Supervisor (IS)

The Installation Supervisor (IS) is a part-time position responsible for supervising Installation Merchandisers within a specific geography. Installation Merchandisers participate in activities such as building Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, store relocations, and remodels.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage installation teams
  • Build fixtures, move departments, install stores, and remodel
  • Staff and document team performance
  • Handle retailer concerns and solve problems
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate updates
  • Read and interpret installation documents
  • Collaborate with field teams for staffing and fixture issues
  • Inform business partners about installation status
  • Onboard, train, and coach team members
  • Assist during season changeovers and provide service support
