Job summary

Sage Infusion is seeking a patient-focused Infusion Nurse Practitioner to join a retail infusion center managed exclusively by NP. The Infusion NP will administer and monitor treatments, educate patients on regimens, and provide post-care support within a multidisciplinary team in The Villages, Florida.

This part-time float position requires ARNP licensure in Florida, IV therapy expertise, and strong adherence to safety and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional who specializes in infusion therapy and the administration of biologics and other medications intravenously.
• ARNP licensed to practice in Florida with ongoing continuing education requirements.
• IV therapy experience is required; EHR documentation and patient education are expected.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and performs nursing plan of treatments; monitors patient progress and updates care plans as needed.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Reassesses patient status at each visit and communicates changes to physicians.
• Provides real-time clinical documentation during visits and ensures billing accuracy.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA, safety, and professional standards.
• Participates in care coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
