Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support Ambulatory Infusion Center patients in The Woodlands, TX. The role includes assessments, care planning, and education for infusion therapy, ensuring safe and effective care.

The nurse administers IVIG and biologics, establishes IV access, documents care, and collaborates with the team to optimize patient outcomes. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the applicable state.
• BSN from an accredited program preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background.
• Current license in the home state and good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including IVIG, biologics, and other infusibles.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
• Establish and maintain peripheral and central venous access (PICC/port).
• Educate patients and document care and treatments thoroughly.
• Travel to other locations as needed and coordinate with the care team.
