Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a part-time Infusion Nurse to support Ambulatory Infusion Center patients in The Woodlands, TX. The role covers direct infusion care, patient education, and coordination with the care team in a home or clinic setting.

Responsibilities include IV line placement, administering IVIG and biologics, and maintaining accurate documentation. Requires RN license and infusion experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing in applicant state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapies (IVIG, biologics, infusibles).
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
• Establish and maintain peripheral IVs and, when needed, central lines (PICC/port/midline).
• Educate patients on treatment plans and safety.
• Manage documentation and clinical records in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize clinic operations and patient outcomes.
