Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of new infusion centers. This part-time, in-person role (approximately 8 hours per week / 1 day) focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring operational excellence in Wilmington, DE.

Ideal candidates possess an active Delaware NP license, at least 2 years in outpatient or infusion-based care, and strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Delaware.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with referring providers to ensure effective delivery of care and plan of care communication.
• Communicate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and status updates.
• Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation.
• Support clinical quality and compliance through supervision, chart auditing, and adherence to policies.
