Job summary

Bambini Montessori Academy is hiring Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our caring team. We offer $16.00-$18.00 per hour, on-site work, and both full-time and part-time roles with schedules including Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM for ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

You'll help children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. Required are a High School Diploma, 45-hour Child Growth & Development, 45-hour Preschool Curriculum (Preschool), and 45-hour Infant/Toddler certifications,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification is required.
• 45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification is required for Preschool teachers.
• 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification is required for Infant/Toddler teachers.
• Minimum of one year of licensed childcare center experience or 30 college credits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; growth mindset.

LEAD TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification

• 45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification (for Preschool Teachers)

• 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification (for Infant/Toddler Teachers)

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 30 college credits

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices

• Commitment to continuous professional growth

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities

PREFERRED

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
