Job summary

Company Confidential in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced infant caregiver for a three-day workweek, roughly 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., starting ASAP or by a target date. The role focuses on hands-on infant care, including feeding, soothing, naps, and age-appropriate play.

The caregiver will follow our feeding/sleep routines, log daily updates, wash bottles, handle baby laundry, and tidy the baby areas. Compensation ranges from $24 to $28 per hour with guaranteed weekly hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on infant-care experience.
• Current infant CPR and first-aid certification.
• Excellent recent childcare references.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a non-smoking household/work practice.
• Comfortable completing a paid trial shift and appropriate background screening.

• Dad is currently on parental leave and will be home initially; Mom works remotely for the next three weeks and will then be in the office three days per week.
• We can confirm the exact three days with the right candidate.
