Job summary

NoMad, NY family seeks a part-time live-out nanny to start Fall 2026 for an infant born March 2026. You will handle all child-related duties, provide nurturing care, and engage the child in age-appropriate activities.

Strong communication with parents is essential; light housekeeping and organized home maintenance are also expected. Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 1pm–7pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with infant/toddler care and partnering with parents who value communication.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Education or knowledge of child development ages and stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care for the infant and engage in age-appropriate activities.
• Perform light housekeeping related to child care (laundry, meal prep).
• Keep common areas clean and tidy; maintain organized home.
• Plan intentional activities and socialization (play dates, classes, city outings) as needed.
• Coordinate with parents on schedules and expectations.
