• Operate within budgeted hours and prioritize daily tasks to meet company and customer standards.
• Report concerns (maintenance, safety issues) to the account manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of janitorial closets and stock levels; keep spaces organized.
• Follow safety standards and confidentiality policies.
• Be flexible for overtime and variable start times as needed.
