Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Part Time Commercial Building Cleaner for Pewee Valley/Anchorage area near Louisville, KY. The role involves cleaning assigned buildings to specification, including restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas, while maintaining safety and professionalism.

You will operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and Kaivac, stock supplies, and coordinate with the Account Manager to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Clean independently in assigned building and areas.
• Perform general and detailed cleaning in industrial settings (restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, common areas, stairwells).
• Clean within budgeted hours and restock supplies as needed.
• Report concerns to Account Manager and follow safety procedures.
• Clock in/out via cleaning app and monitor tech for customer issues.
• Maintain stocked, neat janitorial spaces and ensure site confidentiality.
• Flexible to overtime and to work outside regular hours as required.
