Job summary

Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist in a private independent Pearle Vision subleasing practice. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, professional autonomy, and care for patients within a fully equipped OD office. Terms are negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Compensation may include a competitive bonus/commission plan and a comprehensive total rewards package contingent on geography, experience, and hours worked.

Qualifications

• OD license and eligibility to practice in New Jersey
• Experience in private/independent optometry settings preferred
• Ability to provide full-scope optometric care as per clinical discretion

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients
• Work as Associate Doctor of Optometry within a Subleasing Doctor's practice
• Operate within a fully furnished OD office with standard equipment
• Coordinate with subleasing doctor to determine terms of the arrangement
