Job summary

Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist affiliated with a Subleasing Doctor. This part-time position offers professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and full OD scope within a fully equipped office.

You will provide high-quality eye care to patients in a private practice setting and negotiate terms directly with the Subleasing doctor. Pay and hours are discussed between you and the Subleasing doctor.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in good standing.
• Ability to practice under a Subleasing Doctor arrangement.
• Part-time availability and flexibility.
• Strong patient communication and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Work within the Pearle Vision practice under a Subleasing Doctor.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling in a private practice setting.
• Coordinate with the Subleasing Doctor on practice hours and pay terms.
