Job summary

Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Peloton Expert in West Hartford, CT to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and drive member conversions. You will educate visitors on Peloton products and content while closing sales and representing the brand with passion.

You will stay up-to-date on products, features, and content, meet performance goals, and participate in store activities from inventory to merchandising. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and future Members
• Stay current with new products, features, and content
• Help customers find the right product fit for their needs
• Meet or exceed established performance goals
• Contribute to all store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned
• Engage in cross departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support
