Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to service stores in the Bakersfield/Wasco area. You will represent the brand in-store, stock shelves, and build/maintain displays while following merchandising steps and communicating with store managers.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier moves, and comfortable using work apps on a personal device. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and work independently within a team.
• Able to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Comfort with physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lb moves.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and support visibility of Nabisco brands.
• Follow in-store merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Ensure products are stocked and displays maintained per guidelines.
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz management and follow plans with store managers.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
