Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Seamstress/Tailor for our Anchorage store. The role focuses on alterations of merchandise and hemming as needed to support an exceptional guest experience. You will follow guest specifications, measure and mark lines, and perform alterations with Buckle-provided sewing equipment.

Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal variations. Prior sewing experience is valued, and you will contribute to a positive team with strong customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months sewing/alterations experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on store merchandise.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specs.
• Accommodate guests with on-the-spot alterations when requested.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked work area.
