Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy!. You will visit various stores to stock shelves, set up displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products remain in stock.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and effective store relationships. Join a fast-paced field team, starting early mornings, with 15–25 hours per week and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Willingness to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment including lifting and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Fontana, CA; secondary location Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
• Weekend availability required; start by 6 am; 15–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving product.
