Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our Marianjoy Wheaton In House Registry. This part-time, hourly position supports PTO, leave, and schedule gaps with about 192 hours per year, including some weekends and holidays.

The OT will provide direct patient care, participate in teaching and committees, and ensure high-quality documentation in the EMR, while maintaining NM’s values of Patients First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Illinois occupational therapy license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and treatment planning per plans of care.
• Teaching and supervision of interns and COTAs.
• Participate on department committees and process improvements.
• Ensure documentation and electronic medical record accuracy.
