Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Previous medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain device options.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations in homes; take patient measurements.
• Ensure proper device fit and comfort for patients.
• Educate patients on compression therapy devices and usage protocols.
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients/caregivers.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns regarding devices and documentation.
• Confirm appointments and organize equipment for in-home visits.
• Collaborate with operations for order completion and documentation.
• Identify patient needs and escalate to patient relations for follow-up.
• Use translation resources to overcome language barriers when needed.
• Comply with HIPAA, NDA, and non-solicitation requirements.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory for in-home visits.
• Work professionally with colleagues across departments.
