Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Rindge, NH is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide in-home care for a 90-year-old male client. The role emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one support in the home, with mornings shifts from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The LNA will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, medications reminders, and light housekeeping, ensuring safety and independence in a familiar home setting. Household support and companionship are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire LNA license in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with mobility and safely lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and household support.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals.
• Medication reminders.
• Walking and ambulation assistance.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Assistance with other ADLs as needed.
• Providing companionship and encouraging independence.
• Maintaining a safe home environment with clear pathways.
