Job summary

A Place at Home Yorba Linda is hiring part-time In-Home non-medical Caregivers to provide 1-on-1 care to clients across North OC, including Fullerton and Yorba Linda. Ideal students in Nursing, Pre-Med, or Allied Health programs can gain real-world experience with flexible hours that fit your class schedule, while earning $18.50 per hour starting pay and opportunities for advancement.

No prior caregiving experience is required; we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Nursing, Pre-Med, or Allied Health program.
• No prior caregiving experience required—training provided.
• Clean driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 on 1 in-home care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.
• Assist with mobility, transferring, hygiene, light meal prepping, companionship, transportation, and ADLs/IADLs.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition and communicate with families and office staff.
