Ideal candidates will commit to 15–30 hours weekly, with some weekend availability and reliability to adapt to the client’s needs. Training, flexibility, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship to the assigned client
• Assist the client with daily activities as needed
• Follow the client’s established care plan and scheduled routines
• Communicate regularly with the care team regarding the client’s needs and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client
