Job summary

At Your Side is seeking a part-time in-home caregiver to provide compassionate, dependable care for one client in their home. You will work as part of a professional care team to support daily activities and comfort.

The schedule is roughly 15–30 hours per week with some weekend availability; reliable transportation and a professional attitude are required; training and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 15 hours per week
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
• Ability to respond to schedule changes when needed
• Dependable and professional attitude
• Willingness to work 1–2 weekends per month
• Ability to provide consistent care for the assigned client

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship to the assigned client
• Assist the client with daily activities as needed
• Follow the client’s established care plan and scheduled routines
• Communicate regularly with the care team regarding the client’s needs and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client
