Right at Home is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors and vulnerable adults across the Rogue Valley. You’ll perform personal care tasks, offer companionship, help with light chores, and document care notes using our mobile app.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and clear communication. Training is provided, with a supportive team culture and flexible schedules to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience (e.g., CNA, PCA, HHA) welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building relationships through companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Part-Time Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively withouroffice team.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
