Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff.
• Conduct client assessments to determine care needs.
• Develop and oversee Plan of Care for clients.
• Maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Respond to and resolve client complaints or concerns.

Skills

Nursing degree from an accredited school

Registered/licensed with the North Carolina Board of Nursing

Three years of nursing experience

Nursing/managerial experience in private duty home care

Ability to make appropriate nursing judgments

Strong communication skills
