Job summary

BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus is seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care for clients in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time role offers starting pay at $16.00 per hour with weekly pay options, including same-day pay. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing mobility support, and light housekeeping. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of home care, caregiving, or home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively communicate with the client and care team.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, transfers, and assistance with walking.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the care team.
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines.
