Job summary

Strides ABA in Edison, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will work Monday–Friday evenings, delivering one-on-one sessions and contributing to individualized treatment plans with BCBA collaboration.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
