Job summary

Strides ABA in Massapequa, NY is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. This part-time role offers weekday afternoons (1:00pm–5:00pm) and the chance to work under Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to support children with autism.

You will deliver one-on-one sessions, help develop and implement individualized plans, collect data on progress, and maintain a safe, organized clinical space while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation for in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
