The Wisconsin Herd in Oshkosh seeks a Part-Time In-Arena Host to entertain fans during home games and community events. You will follow a game script, lead pregame and on-court promotions, and engage the crowd with energy and on-camera appearances across team channels.

Ideal candidates bring high-energy delivery, strong crowd interaction, and familiarity with Wisconsin Herd and Bucks markets. Evening and weekend availability is required; holiday games possible.

Qualifications

• Create positive energy and pump up the crowd using voice and body language.
• Clearly explain on-court promotions to a live audience.
• Engage audiences with high-energy, confident on-camera delivery.
• Show creative personality and adapt quickly to different situations.
• Attend gameday meetings and on-court rehearsals prior to home games.
• Know NBA G League rules and regulations.
• Collaborate well with others in fast-paced environments.
• Take direction, feedback, and remain professional at all times.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and all home games (may include holidays).
• Familiarity with Wisconsin Herd, Oshkosh market, and Bucks

Responsibilities

• Host will assist with contests and promotions following the game script.
• Introduce and facilitate pregame, in-game, and postgame content for Wisconsin Herd games.
• Lead on-court contests and presentations as directed by leadership.
• Serve as on-camera talent for Wisconsin Herd social channels.
