Renewal by Andersen Corporation in Pasco, WA is hiring a dynamic Brand Representative to engage homeowners at local events, fairs, and retail sites. You’ll start conversations, qualify appointments for Design Consultants, and help families explore window solutions.

You’ll earn a guaranteed base of $21/hour plus $25–$35 for each qualified appointment and a 0.5% commission on final sales. Mileage reimbursement applies for events more than 20 miles away; weekend hours required.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.

• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
