Gold Vine is seeking a Part-Time In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Augusta, Georgia clinic. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children, under BCBA supervision, with consistent, part-time hours from Monday to Friday 2-6pm.

We offer supportive supervision, mentorship, and a family-friendly work culture designed to promote clinician well‑being and professional growth. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it with our support).
• High school diploma or higher.
• Genuine passion for working with children, plus strong teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill‑acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior and safely manage challenging behaviors.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document real‑time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinic leadership.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in our clinic, helping them build meaningful skills through individualized ABA therapy.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill‑acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior. You'll be taught to safely manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviors without the frustration or constant overwhelm.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document real‑time data on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active RBT certification (or a willingness to obtain it with our support).
• High school diploma or higher.
• A genuine passion for working with children, plus strong teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, ABA, or working with children with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Current students or degree holders in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
