Gold Vine, a family-owned BCBA-led clinic in Augusta, GA, seeks a Part-Time In Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This 20 hours/week role runs Monday–Friday 2–6pm, with 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with strong supervision and mentorship provided. You’ll work in person at our Augusta clinic, supporting children aged 2–14, and collaborate closely with BCBAs and families to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or higher
• Genuine passion for working with children plus strong teamwork skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to work in person at Augusta, GA clinic
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill‑acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior; safe de-escalation.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document real‑time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinic leadership.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill‑acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior. You'll be taught to safely manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviors without the frustration or constant overwhelm.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document real‑time data on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (or a willingness to obtain it with our support).
• High school diploma or higher.
• A genuine passion for working with children, plus strong teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, ABA, or working with children with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Current students or degree holders in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
