United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to provide outstanding guest service and prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other items. You will operate the POS system and gas console, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while following all policies.

The role requires good communication in English, reliability, and the ability to work a 25-hour-or-less week schedule; eligibility starts at age 16.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use a POS terminal accurately.
• Basic arithmetic and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work part-time schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes and other menu items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; keep area clean and presentable.
• Maintain store safety and follow policies.
• Complete time records and related documentation.
• Follow management directions and support team.
