Ben & Jerry's is hiring a Scoop Shop Team Member for the Waterbury factory location in Vermont during the holiday season. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, operating the scoop shop, handling cash, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You'll join a collaborative hospitality team within the Scoop Shop and Gift Shop operations, reporting to the Hospitality Manager. Availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Passion for Ben & Jerry’s brand.
• Customer service experience and ability to take initiative.
• Comfortable with cash handling and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scoop shop: take orders, scoop ice cream, and handle cash.
• Perform daily upkeep, cleaning, and report maintenance.
• Open and close procedures, stocking, and dishwashing.
• Greet guests and assist with orders during peak periods.
• Follow safety, GMP, and merchandising standards.
• Support guest experiences with a fun, high-energy service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and respond to emergencies.
