Qualifikationen

• Seven years of related experience or Bachelor's plus three years experience.
• Broad knowledge of design and user experience fundamentals.
• Experience with CMS and web production tools.
• Ability to build clear, usable websites aligned with goals.
• Understanding of processes and regulations for web communications.
• Strong technical skills in web production, image handling, and design.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for website development and enhancements.
• Create detailed project plans with tasks, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate with PMs, developers, designers, and content creators for seamless execution.
• Bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure website functionality, usability, and performance meet standards.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocations.
