Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Jackson, MS. Roles involve a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions, with a focus on measurable client progress and seamless use of EHR tools.

You will join a clinician-led organization offering credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, with flexible scheduling and a minimum of 15 sessions per week.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Mississippi (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Able to commit to at least 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jackson, MS.
• Deliver evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and maintain regular client sessions.
