Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in Mississippi to deliver compassionate care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jackson. The role requires independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and at least 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 sessions.

We support clinicians with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, to help you grow a robust caseload.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Mississippi (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable working with telehealth and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Receive credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support from Thriveworks.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Jackson, MS. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Mississippi — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
